The Experience
This is a relaxed, guided 30-minute session in the golden light of Holland Ridge Farms' sunflower fields — suited for couples, families, individuals, and milestone portraits. We'll walk you through posing naturally, find the quieter corners of the field away from the crowds, and focus on capturing genuine connection rather than stiff, posed photographs.

A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date. Holland Ridge Farms admission is not included and must be purchased separately by each person attending, directly through Holland Ridge Farms. Print release included on all purchased images.

Holland Ridge Farms, 86 Rues Road, Cream Ridge, NJ. We shoot in the quieter areas toward the back of the fields whenever possible.
No — Holland Ridge Farms admission tickets are purchased separately, directly through Holland Ridge Farms, and are not included in your Minlit session price. Every person attending your session, including the photographer, needs their own farm ticket for entry.
Holland Ridge Farms operates rain or shine, and their tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date — that policy is entirely separate from Minlit's and is set by the farm. Your Minlit retainer is also non-refundable, but we'll happily reschedule your photography session itself to the next available date and time. Please note: rescheduling your Minlit session does not refund or transfer any farm tickets already purchased for the original date.
No — these are two separate bookings with two separate policies. Your Minlit session can be rescheduled to the next available date and time per our policy. Your Holland Ridge Farms ticket follows the farm's own ticketing policy (generally no refunds, and date/time changes only permitted up until a cutoff on the day of, per the farm's terms). We recommend not purchasing your farm ticket until your Minlit session date and time are confirmed.
Absolutely — the Sunflower Collection welcomes families of all ages.
Holland Ridge Farms only permits ADA service animals. Personal pets and emotional support animals are not allowed on the property.
Up to 4 people are included in every session. Additional people can be added for $35 each, up to a maximum of 6.
Your gallery of 12 professionally edited images arrives within 7 business days via an online gallery.
Yes — additional edited images are $25 each (or 5 for $100), and the full session library is available for $175.
There's a 10-minute grace period. Sessions still end at the originally scheduled time, so late arrival results in a shorter session. Beyond 10 minutes, same-day availability is at the photographer's discretion.
We recommend planning your farm ticket time to arrive well before your scheduled 30-minute session — factor in driving time, parking, walking distance into the fields, and a few minutes to settle in before we start shooting. Since your session begins and ends at your scheduled time regardless of arrival, building in this buffer ensures we can use the full 30 minutes together rather than losing part of it to travel within the farm.
The booking retainer is non-refundable. If you need to change your date, we're happy to reschedule to the next available date and time.
